Common Questions

What is the minimum order for private label?
5 x 20-foot FCL (approximately 130 MT). This allows us to run a dedicated packaging print run. First-time buyers can start with our minimum order quantity in standard packaging to validate rice quality before committing to private label.
How long does the whole process take?
From initial brief to container at port: 20-25 working days. Design and approval (5-7 days), sample approval (3-5 days DHL transit), production and packing (10-15 days).
Can you match an existing packaging design?
Yes. Send us your print-ready files (AI/PDF format, CMYK color, 300 DPI minimum) and we will produce to your exact specification. We can also adapt existing designs for different pack sizes.
Do you supply the barcode/EAN number?
The barcode/EAN/UPC number must be provided by you (the brand owner). You register with GS1 in your country. We place the barcode on the packaging in the correct format and size for your market.
What about nutritional information?
We provide standard nutritional data panels for each variety based on laboratory analysis. We format the panel according to your destination market requirements (FDA, EU, GCC, etc.).
